An honest LP from an MC well in the know that he was transcending realities, all while attempting to let go of the baggage on this damn planet. "Self Care" is one of the realest hip hop singles that I have ever heard, or maybe that's because I am getting out of a relationship right now. "What's The Use?" is a great utilization of the "Bush" boys in the vein of "GO:OD A.M.'s" rendition of "Break The Law" and Mac making the tag to Juicy J . This was a good melding of Mac's Larry Fisherman and Mac Miller personalities (no Thomas here, dammit!), maybe a little too much on the Larry side for me, but everybody is singing these days in hip hop - at least the vocals here weren't auto-tuned. An interesting record with poignant lyrics and a relaxing , though depressing vibe. "Swimming" is an empathetic record as love lost and soull searching is just a part of the human experience and Mac tells this part of the everyman legend to a tee.

The prices on this are comical for there being 2000 copies pressed

Overall this is a really great pressing. Sounds crystal clear, the white vinyl and light blue labels are beautiful and really compliment the aesthetic of the album. I really wish they would've put some work into the packaging and made a thick gatefold with some more images/writing/etc but I'm still really pleased with how this one turned out.
